15 - Ostrich

Ostrich is a quick and powerful animal with legs that can injure or kill anything that threatens it.  Ostrich as a Totem Animal belongs to those who know when to stand tall and be seen and when to lay low and disappear.  They are grounded and use their power to live in peace and harmony with others.  Call upon Ostrich as a Power Animal when it is time to cleanse yourself and let go of whatever is no longer working.  It reminds us to be calm, avoid threats, and do what you must to protect yourself if attacked.
